Used sea bass which was equally nice. Light floured and seared each side in a pan until lightly brown and slightly crispy before adding to the liquid and cooking through. Also melted a tab of butter with a TBS or so of flour and added to the sauce to help thicken a bit. Very yummy! "

I love Giada's fresh cooking that uses simple and healthy ingredients to make an easy and delicious meal! Served with mashed sweet potatoes and steamed broccoli for a quick and easy dinner for 2. Will for sure make many times again, as with all of Giada's recipes! "

I love Indian and although I'm not a strict vegetarian, I do love eating vegetarian food. This recipe is the perfect combination of flavors and tastes without being heavy or weighed down with creams and butters. It's fresh, simple and people will not think that it was ready in just 40 minutes. Don't change a thing. It's balanced and delicious. Gre"

I love Giada and her fresh and healthy italian cooking, so I hate to change a thing, but based on the reviews I did a few tweaks. My fiance said it was better than most restaurants. A SUPER easy... must make!

I used roasted crushed tomatoes for an little smoky flavor, and absolutely loved using white wine instead of water. Just...

Reviewed Turkey and Artichoke Stuffed Shells with Arrabbiata Sauce

Mar 22, 2011 in Food Network Community Toolbox on

I'm a fan of Giada and I'm not one to change recipes too much, but I did make a few tweaks here. My fiance doesn't typically like stuffed shells due to the abundance of cheese so I cut back the Parmesan to 1/3c and sprinkled a little less mozzarella on the top. Also used part skim mozzarella and low fat ricotta... I promise you can't taste the difference!...

Reviewed Baked Penne with Roasted Vegetables

I love both pasta and cheese, but sometimes you want something tasty and hearty without feeling guilty. I have adjusted this a bit to help with this dilemma. Add in additional veggies you prefer (more mushrooms and carrots is what I usually do and keep everything else the same), I half a box of pasta instead and half the amount of cheese for each...
