We gave this one a go today. We had to sub our italian bread crumbs for the oats as I always have that on hand. Otherwise followed exact. Oh and made it triple the size.

OK It is very moist. At 1 hour mine was not cooked in the center. Depending on ovens id say add 10-15 minutes. ***Always use a thermometer.*** My brood {Ages 6,...
