About Me
I am a family trained cook from age 8, owner/partner in a Food Tuck Concept called Qusion Cuisine that will open in the spring in NC.
our menu will feature fine smoked meats, blending the culinary traditions of the Pacific Rim ,the sizzling flavors from South America ,Cuba, the Caribbean and the Great South with great American Tasty Bar-B-Que!
