Reviewed Omelet for Two
"I rate this 5 stars....although my fifth star won't stay on my rating!! I knew I'd love it when I saw Ina prepare it on tv. I'm a big brunch fan and this is perfect! I've changed it up using sausage and to save time and add a little more flavor I have used frozed southern O'brien hashbrowns and they worked just as well. Great recipe!!
