My Activity

Reviewed Herb Crusted Lamb

"Simple, delicious, flavorful, moist. I usually cut my lamb into chunks for grilled kebabs, but since there's an ice storm outside today, I tried this recipe to roast it whole in the oven and was not disappointed!"

Reviewed Roasted Tomatoes

"Wow! What a wonderful way to eat your veggies! This was not just a food dish, it was a food experience. If you've never tried your tomatoes like this, it's a must do. About Me

I'm a Food Network junkie! Having spent most of my life living in the country in Oklahoma (awesome!), I had a strong influence of "country" in my cooking. I've now been living in the Chicago suburbs for a few years and love the variety of foods and restaurants available. Hence, I'm also developing a love for running! Downtime for me is watching foodie shows, looking up new recipes, and then taking them to the kitchen for a whirl. I never knew I would develop an appreciation for such a variety of different cooking styles, techniques, and flavors.
