My Activity

Reviewed Fire Pit Paella with Portuguese Sausage, Crab and Escargot

"This recipe was easy to follow and very tasty! The reason I did not give it 5 stars was because it was pretty costly to obtain all the ingredients. I substituted some items as they were not found at my local grocery store. I used Italian sausage (both sweet and spicy) in place of the type of sausage named in the recipe and instead of tumeric I used corriander. Additionally, I left out the halibut and the escargot. It still turned out spectacular! I highly recommend this meal for a dinner party.

About Me

I would love to go to culinary school to learn the technical aspects of cooking but for now, I am content being a fabulous home cook!
