Reviewed Cod with Fennel, Dill and Tomato

Well I didn't have fennel or white wine. So I used fennel seeds and chopped celery as a substitute for the fennel and 1 part rice vinegar 1 part water as a substitute for the white wine. I also used frozen Alaskan cod that I found at Trader Joe's and used fresh tomatoes instead of canned. Yay for homemade chicken stock. I'll try it with fresh cod"
