BEWARE...I used my black non-stick roasting pan and regretted it. First, it cooked the onions too much - 400 degrees would have been better. Second, the lemons ruined the pan. They stripped the non-stick surface off the pan where they touched it. I had generously oiled the pan and the lemon/onion mix, but it didn't help. Use a shiny or cera"
