I agree with some of the other reviews, this was a ton of work, and the meat did turn out a little too rare. The onion spread however was delicious and will be making that again, but as far as the meat, deli sliced roast beef would have had the same effect. "

The hot pepper dip included equal parts of sour cream and mayo, about 2 tablespoons of lime juice, one chipotle in adobo, plus some extra sauce if you life it spicy, salt, pepper and chives to garnish"

My family and I love all of the recipes from this episode. The flavors go so well together and I almost always have most of the ingredients already, which makes for an easy, afforadble dinner. yum!"

Reviewed Turkey Meatloaf with Feta and Sun-Dried Tomatoes

This was not my favorite. I did use ground beef rather than turkey since thats all I had, but used all the rest of the original ingredients and I thought this tasted horrible.

I must say, my family and I did not care for these at all. We use chipotle peppers in a lot of cooking and I personally just thought it was an odd combination of flavors. Will not be making again.

Reviewed Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip

This is the best dip by far. I use this mostly for a spinach dip, since the artichokes can get expensive. Very tasty and easy to make! Always a hit
