Reviewed "Mock" Garlic Mashed Potatoes

I've made this twice and the second time I microwaved the cauliflower based on a suggestion of another review. I feel it dried out the cauliflower a little bit but it saved me from washing any pots. I also used Laughing Cow garlic and herb cheese instead of cream cheese since that's what I had on hand (and only 35 calories!!!). Couldn't tell th"

Read the recipe carefully. I accidentally confused 1 1/2 cup of chicken broth for wine. User error, but it still turned out great. I used diced and fire roasted tomatoes for some heat. Perfect amount heat for the dish.

I also didn't have a grill pan and tried to cook the fish in my dutch oven. No bueno. Everything started...

This recipe is pretty good and healthy. Can't ask for more than that :)

I cut the recipe down by half, which wasn't too hard to do. If you're wondering how many cups in one quart is for the chicken stock (like me), it's 4 cups so if you're doing half of the recipe then you would need two cups. I did find it a bit "soupy" like...

This recipe is very good. It reminds me of the Steak Diane recipe from Emeril since the sauce also uses shallots, Dijon mustard and brandy. The sauce however still tasted like alcohol. I tried to cook it a bit longer, but the flavor was still intense. I think next time I will ignite the brandy with a match to cook off the alcohol (the directi...

This is the best chili I've had and it was homemade. I love the pork and beef mixture, but think I will add chunks of beef to it next time. I made this for my husband and me and it was too much for two people. I had to pack some up for my extended family who all loved it.

I can't wait to make this chili again. Thank goodness...

I made this for my husband and it was sooo good I made it again the following week. The week after that I made it for my friend, like a casserole, and gave it to them to put in the oven when it was ready to eat. Needless to say it was a hit with my friend too. I highly recommend trying this recipe; it will not disappoint!

I sometimes...
