Very good, will make again. It may just be me but I get confused on some recipes, with this one go ahead and start boiling the large pot of water for the pasta when you start the sauce. I did not and over cooked my sauce and it sat for a good 20 mins while waiting on water and pasta to cook. "

Very good sandwich, allow it to sit overnight in the fridge and even more flavorful the next day. I only recommend that you mix the oil/vinegar/oregano together and then drizzle on the sandwich as directed. I did not do this on the bottom half and the red wine vinegar was very strong. I did mix it for the top half and it blended together perfectly....
