"Made this last night with some wonderful merguez from the farmer's market. Used dried cranberry beans instead as we already had them. Really a wonderful dish. Your mouth will find a different flavor at every turn. Definitely a hearty dish probably best served in the dead of winter. Thanks for sharing, Ina!"

"While very good, I almost prefer to leave out the miso and use chicken bouillon instead. It's good with some mushrooms thrown in as well!

"Have made these several times but only once for company. They went downright primal on these as expected. The Sriracha mayo is an amazing compliment to these and we have adopted and adapted it to use with other seafood dishes. Awesome!
