I agree with little2klizzard - there needs to be more cauliflower in this recipe, and less cream.

This is a fantastic recipe, I have made it several times. It is a bit time consuming, but well worth the effort! If you are looking for a good chicken parmesan, I recommend this one.

Great if you love a thick brown stew. Comfort food to help lift your mood although there's lots of other things you can do as well to improve how you feel. I have some great tips on my website on how to do that if you need a pick-me-up!

Sadly, not my favourite recipe. I usually only feed beef chuck to my French Mastifs but in this case it has way too much sugar! I have to agree with falsori_11476614 on this one. But viva la difference of opinion! Food is such an important ingredient of a good mood - read all about how to improve your mood on my website!

Reviewed Igloo Cake

This cake is perhaps more luscious and sensual to make than to eat - great if cooking is a favourite hobby, like meditation! It works well as a show piece as it looks so unusual, but I found that one small piece was more than enough to eat - it really is a bit too sweet for my taste! Also, too much sugar can really affect your moods - but on my website...

Reviewed Parmesan Crusted Chicken Breasts with Tomato and Basil and Potatoes with Peppers and Onions

Jan 10, 2011 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

This is a great recipe when done right, but it can be easy to get it wrong. Be very careful choosing the right parmesan as some brands taste foul! The best ones are cut directly from the cheese and not in packets. Otherwise, a good basic staple dish.

This has to be the top recipe for a reason! Nigella's such a comfort-food artist and this is absolutely delicious if you manage to get the right sausages. Hard to find a good sausage - I imagine it's probably easier in the UK or France than Australia where we have lots of average ones!
