Reviewed no mess or stress stuffed shells

Made Turkey bolognese which you could use with the stuffed shells rather than the meatballs was super easy & made me think of Sandra Lee sauted very finely chopped onion, celery, & carrot, then 1 clove minced garlic, sea salt, pepper. Browned ground turkey in that pan added basil & oregano. Then added Hunt's Garlic & Herb sauce added...

Didn't realize I'd reviewed this dish before. My brain is going but this dish is very good & aside from making the crust easy. I'm laughing at myself right now.

adding refried beans is awesome. I don't know what's authentic as I'm German & I do know I've already had this & it was yummy. I used jarred salsa which already contained black beans & corn. I always love refried beans so yummy idea

Excellent. Can have a side, main dish, or a buffet item to bring. I changed cheese to mozzarella as my family is not very cheese adventurous & added 3X the bacon. It was wonderful. Made at lent & omitted the bacon adding sautéed onions & broccoli for a meatless treat. Melissa';s recipes always come out wonderfully."

This is the lowest I've ever given on any of Melissa's recipes. It was just OK, at least it was easy & didn't use up a lot of ingredients. The chicken was super moist, it just didn't yield a lot of flavor. If I try it again I'll marinate it in half the juice for a few hours first. Just OK."

Since I'm pastry dough impaired I used store bought crust. A mandoline is a must, I used 2X the bacon & subbed a combo of 60/40 mozzarella/provolone because my family won't do Gruyere. Everyone loved it & I've also brought this to brunches & other things with raves. Everything I've made of Melissa's has turned out great, her show is great as s"

Yum, yum, Yum! My family loved this. It was great Easter morning to just toss this in the oven before church. I don't even like pecans & I loved it. Easy & decadent. I didn't have corn syrup in the house so I used fake maple syrup, great. My family requested more crunchy parts though, next time I'll use a bigger pan to create this. YUM!"

Very juicy! As someone else said my house smelled great! I used orange instead of tangerine as I live in Maine & it is limited what we can get without it costing an arm & a leg (tangerine juice? really) Everyone enjoyed it! There were no specifics on the carrots so I went by the photo which was a mistake, should have gone with my gut & cut sm"

These were SUPER easy & delicious. I always have so much to do at Easter for dinner so I was able to make these ahead. I used almonds instead of pecans. Everyone loved this, I warmed them up & served with vanilla ice cream. Yum!"
