This was SO tasty! I do get a kick out of reviewers who rate it lower...then list all of the things they changed. Huh?

The ONLY thing I substituted was fresh mozzarella instead of smoked. I don't like smoked anything and I have tried it before. However, I know my husband would like that, so I might give it a go on 1/2 of it...
