These are delicious and easy to make! I love the fact that they are baked, so no pan-frying...better for you and a lot easier. My family loved them, and the sauce is wonderful. Makes A LOT, too. I served this with angel hair pasta, bread, and veggies. Don't skimp on the basil...yum!

This was DELICIOUS! I accidentally bought boneless chicken thighs (only used thighs) and was a bit worried it would lack some flavor and become dry. I did decrease the cooking time and decreased the broth (based upon the "runny" comments from many others). Had the capers out and ready to roll...and promptly forgot about them. Next time!

This was DELICIOUS! I accidentally bought boneless chicken thighs (only used thighs) and was a bit worried it would lack some flavor and become dry. I did decrease the cooking time but followed the recipe otherwise.

For those reviewers who said it was bland...I don't get that at all. I have a "flavor-appreciative palate" and...

I so wanted to love this. It just wasn't good at all. Too lemony and the flavors were off. We stuck to the recipe all the way. Will stick to Robert's Chicken Marsala recipe. That was divine!"

Delicious! I was looking for a recipe without so much sugar and this is great! My changes:
* Swapped out 1/2 of the oil for applesauce
* Swapped out 1/2 of the white sugar for brown sugar
* Squeezed out most of water from zucchini, but not all
* Used the orange zest...yum! Don't skip this!
* Made the...

This is a WONDERFUL recipe! Bland sauce? NO! I have a hearty palate and love flavorful foods. The key is to cook the meatballs in the pan and use those delicious crusty pieces to flavor the sauce. I added NO additional seasoning but did make these adjustments: added a SPLASH (literally) of red wine and substituted sour cream for the heavy c...
