I was looking for the ultimate fish sandwich. I think Tyler is awsome, but try this. I used Walleye, batter coated like my chicken. Wet mix of egg and buttermilk, and a dry mix of flour, salt, pepper, granulated garlic and a pinch of cayenne. It's a Bobby Flay recipie. Of course it was good and full of flavor, I had some rib eye already marinated in Italian dressing I needed to use, so I grilled it, and add a Habenaro pepper. I like the heat. But for anyone who likes steak Quesadillas, Bobby's recipie is awsome with incredible flavor. "
