Reviewed Rib-Eye and Anaheim Chile Quesadilla

"It's a Bobby Flay recipie. Of course it was good and full of flavor, I had some rib eye already marinated in Italian dressing I needed to use, so I grilled it, and add a Habenaro pepper. I like the heat. But for anyone who likes steak Quesadillas, Bobby's recipie is awsome with incredible flavor. "

Favorite Foods

I got hooked on the spices of Thai food when I was in Thailand in th 80's. Love to cook Mexican/Tex Mex and some of the original pasta dishes I have learned from some Italian immigrants. But my true favorite is creating original dishes for my two son's and friends. I dream about food and wake up with new recipies in my head and write them in my journal.
