“Like a couple of others, I made this broth in preparation of Alton Brown's famous turkey roasting routine.
But I have to say I will DEFINITELY make it again because this is one lusty broth that smells heavenly, tastes divine and makes me realize no one needs a chicken to build a warhorse base of soulful flavor.
