I know alot about food. I love to cook. My strong preference is spicy food, including Thai, Mexican and Thai. As much as I like great food and truly enjoy cooking, I only do it in spurts. I cook incessantly for months at a time and then one day, just get tired of the endless clean up and resort to restaurant food.
