Pretty good recipe. I like having the sauce on the bottom so the chili doesn't get soggy. Be careful if using the broiler not to overcook the chilies, this will make it difficult to work with them later. Next time I will transfer the beaten egg whites to a taller vessel to make it easier to coat the chilies. ""
