Cooking is my way to unwind. I am challenged and have no time to think about anything else. Still a novice, I make good use of the basics, have sharp knife skills, and will blow you away with breakfast (although I can't make French Toast to save my life). I'm a big fan of Richard Sandoval and love fusion restaurants in good taste.
Working on memorizing foods' cooking behavior so I can finally make my delicious meals with all parts finished at once.
I'll know when I've met "the one" when he picks up a knife and starts measuring spices, while naturally chatting about the events of the day.
