Outrageously Good--absolutely one of the best meals I've ever eaten! The wild mushrooms and truffle oil ingredients are a must! I used 12 oz of pasta rather than a pound, which is a better porpotion to the giant scallops that I used. Also, I did not cut the scallops in half before I seared them. I served this as a vegetarian dish by substituting grill asparagus, orange pepper and a marinated artichokes for the sausage. It was a huge hit with my guests. I think any combination of veggies would work well. This is what I had on hand. Well done Robert! "
