Reviewed roasted sweet potatoes with pecans and spiced maple sauce

Nov 23, 2014 on

I love this recipe! I literally just made it and it's great. The only note I would make is that 40 minutes would have been way too much. I only left mine in for half as long and the y were cooked perfectly. Bottom line: keep an eye on them.

Definitely a keeper. I've made this several times for my husband. It's nice for weekend mornings when I have some extra time. It's well worth the effort you put in. I haven't been able to find challah bread so I normally buy a fresh loaf of french bread from the super market bakery. It works just fine. We've also used Hawaiian bread which is much...

This recipe received rave reviews at Thanksgiving. I'm so glad I didn't go with boring, plain green beans out the can. It was worth it use fresh produce. I will be making this again and again! Note: I haven't tried the Parmesan crisps yet and i substituted onion for the shallots since I couldn't find any.

I made this for one of our Thanksgiving side dishes and have made it once or twice since then. Definitely a keeper. Although very simple to make, these carrots are a crowd pleaser. This dish has also made me a fan of dill, which I had not cooked with previously.

I've made this several times and it's always a hit! I never have shallots so I always use white or yellow onion instead. Sometimes I use half canned diced seasoned tomatoes and half the fresh tomato mixture for more flavor. Other times I just follow the recipe as described. Bottom line, this is a keeper that is easy to modify as needed

My fiance and I thought that this recipe was pretty darn good. I just made it a few days ago and we're already planning to make it again this week! I made a couple of substitutions: Brown rice instead of white, parsley flakes instead of fresh parsley, and green onion instead of scallions (and less than the recipe called for since im not big on oni"

My fiance and I LOVED this dish. I followed the recipe except I did not use mint and I used regular salt instead of kosher. The preparation is very straightforward and I felt good knowing that there were so many fresh veggies involved. I was nervous about the goat cheese since I had never cooked with it before but it worked out great. The recipe m"

I thought this was pretty tasty. It was my first time making asparagus and I didn't have any problems. I also appreciate the easy clean-up. I didn't have any lemon. I'll use it next time and maybe that will make it 5 stars. Overall I will definitely make it again! "

I made this a couple of months ago and my boyfriend and I loved it. It took me a bit longer than stated but I attribute that to me still being fairly new to cooking. With that said my boyfriend loved it and has requested that I make it again soon! Oh and I also added an extra kick to the chicken with some mesquite(sp?) seasoning.
