I am a self taught cook with alot yet to learn. I work in the flooring industry, horses are my passion, along with my 4 grown kids. I have been a single mom for years and have entertained myself and my friends with food. I read cookbooks like most people read novels, I like Ina Garten, Paula Deen (who doesn't like Paula) and old Farm Bureau Country Cookbooks when I can find them. My favorite style of food would probably be French Country, Country Americana. Want to learn from really talented people like you all. Thanks for sharing.

Yeah, I like beef, no lectures please.I really only dislike Sushi, I like just about anything that has been prepared well.
