This was a great recipe. I had 4 pork tenderloins at about 1 lb+ each. So I more than doubled the recipe. I only marinated it about 3 hours and it still had great taste so I can't wait to try it again and marinate it for 6+ hours.

I really liked this recipe. It is easy to make the night before. But I like meat so I used 16 oz of regular sausage. I also used the whole egg and not the "egg white". I also added a 7 oz can of diced Green Chilis to give it more spice because I like it a little spicy. And I used a total of 2 cups of cheddar cheese.
