This recipe requires a good mise en place in order to work quickly and efficiently, and as noted above, the amount of water is too much. I ended up just cooking everything down but next time will cut the water by half. Other than that, it's a really terrific recipe that produces a delicious meal. The two of us could have easily eaten all of it...
