"Fabulous winter meal! I used 2/3 of the amount of beer it called for and loved the beer flavor! Mine was a bit thin, but I did not puree it. Delicious flavor, quick, and relatively inexpensive. Could easily freeze and I also tripled the recipe! Yum!"
