Reviewed Apricot and Nut Cookies with Amaretto Icing
"Nice cookie. A bit different from what I usually make. I thought the dough was a bit sticky when it came time to slice and bake but I think that might've been from the apricots. Next time I will cut down on the confectioners sugar and amaretto for the icing. The recipe made way more than I needed. "
Reviewed White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies
"I make a lot of cookies every December and this year I tried this recipe. I took a variety of cookies to the office and these went first. Everybody loved them. I will have to make these again before Christmas. This recipe is a keeper. I swapped almonds for macadamia nuts. "
