"I made this to go along with a seasoned steak. It was an excellent side dish. Don't skimp on the zest because it really adds a lovely fragrance to the dish. The spouse said she'd prefer less parsley, but I found it enjoyable.

"This was actually very tasty.
I used brown rice so I simmered the rice and chicken stock for 20 minutes while I assembled the rest of the ingredients. I whisked the sour cream into the rice mix and then added it to the skillet. well, I actually used a cast iron dutch oven. Changes, I would add more broccoli... maybe more tomato. The dill havarti"

"I found this overwhelmingly spicy to the detriment of flavor... and I cut the cayenne in half! I suppose that maybe part of the problem is that I have Penzey's medium chili powder so it already has a bit of a kick. That's why I'm giving this 4 stars instead of 3. I think I will make it next time with no cayenne"
