I made this to go along with a seasoned steak. It was an excellent side dish. Don't skimp on the zest because it really adds a lovely fragrance to the dish. The spouse said she'd prefer less parsley, but I found it enjoyable.

I found this overwhelmingly spicy to the detriment of flavor... and I cut the cayenne in half! I suppose that maybe part of the problem is that I have Penzey's medium chili powder so it already has a bit of a kick. That's why I'm giving this 4 stars instead of 3.
