Reviewed New York Style Chocolate Cheesecake
"I just made this for the first time and it was so yummy! After reading reviews, I made a few modifications. I used 10 oz. of chocolate instead of 8 oz. My store didn't have chocolate wafers, so I used chocolate graham cracker crumbs for the crust and it worked great! I lined the bottom of the pan with parchment paper. To prevent cracking, I baked it in a water bath and I baked it at 325 degrees. Enjoy!
