A good meatloaf, but it fell apart really easily Next time I will add a binder such as 1/4 cup plain bread crumbs Also will carmelize onions before adding to meat mix. These Taters are really good. Recipe says serve right away. . . thats all fine and good but, I have to say next day the taste is much richer I reheated in microwave 2 mins then stir, then 2 mins more and stir Topped with a plain angus hamburger patty only seasoning was on top of patty pepper, cumin, and tameric cooked on med heat 6 mins each side "

These are tasty little turkey meatloaves. My fiance rated them a 8 out of 10 and I think they are really good will make again. Im serving my beans with a Polish Kielbasa. Sliced at an angle, then browned in a pan till golden brown. Its a wonderful combo
Love the sweet beans. I would use a finely chopped medium size onion instead of large and added a 1/4 cup green bell pepper Also when I did mine today I cooked my beans from dry so it may have come out a bit different...
