I LOVED THIS!!!! The first time I made this I couldn't find Arugula so I had to make it without. It was still very good, however, it did need the Arugula. I LOVED THIS! I used the bacon that I happened to have in the fridge(store brand and very thin, not the best idea, I would suggest thicker bacon. Also, I wouldn't recommend reheating this, so make what you plan on being eaten right then. I thought it was pretty easy, a little tedious, but that could be because it was not only my first time making "
