Followed the recipe for timing/temp mostly and they were the most perfect steaks I have ever made. Used my own salt and seasoning but used cast iron and butter. Delish.

Easy and very tasty these are perfect to make for gifts at the holidays. Even if people don't usually like coconut, they like these. I add a touch of almond extract and drizzle very dark chocolate to balance the sweetness. Winning recipe all around.

I make these every year to bring to Thanksgiving and everyone loves it. Easy to make and delicious. The Gruyere is the key ingredient. Don't skimp.
