"I wanted to make Oxtail with an Osso Buco flavor, so I used this recipe. Added burgundy wine, garlic and beef stock to it, and simmered it nice and slow...yummy!!!"

Favorite FoodsMy favorite cuisines are Italian, Japanese, and Hawaiian--but I also enjoy Chinese, Thai, and Korean cuisine as well.
I prefer baking, but my training is mostly as a Saute and Saucier Chef. My favorite restaurant in Hawaii is Angelo Pietro's. It features an eclectic mix of Italian and Japanese cuisine that I just can't get enough of.
