Reviewed Tagliarelle with Truffle Butter

"Ahhhhhhmazing. (as stated in below review)

My suggestions:

1. Use white truffle butter, not oil
2. Stick with white, not black, truffle
3. Definitely use Cipriani pasta if you can find it - it's the best!
4. Make sure you have everything ready to go because, as Ina says, the Cipriani shouldn't be cooked for a hair over 3 minutes
5. Warm pasta bo"

Reviewed Caesar Salad with Crouton Collars

"This salad was incredible - amazing dressing!! And so fun to make. I didn't change a single thing about the dressing - it's perfect as is. I did add crispy bacon though. My boyfriend absolutely loved it :) Grinding the garlic into a paste using the back of a spoon took some elbow grease, but just when my arm was starting to get tired, it began t""

Reviewed Caesar Salad with Pancetta

"I LOVE the dressing! As another reviewer mentioned - it is quite lemony, but I love lemon & I think it gives the dressing a nice bright flavour that compliments the salad as a whole. Reviewed Coconut Cupcakes

"WOW! These are going to be amaaaaazing. I just whipped up the batter now and popped them in the oven. I'm happily licking the bowl and spoons clean, and from the taste of the batter (YUM!!!), I can tell these are going to be fabulous. I'm filling mine with a little squirt of lemon curd that I made last night. I think it should be a good combo a"

Reviewed Lemon Linguine

"Yum! Just made it now for a lunch for one! Enjoyed it very much. I often like to run through recipes and try them on myself before making them for guests and, now, after seeing what a breeze this was, can't wait to try it out on my boyfriend and/or friends! :) It is sooooo ridiculously easy and quick (especially if you use Nigella's suggestion of having the water pre-boiled and ready to go). And it tastes delicious - simple but wonderful in it's simplicity. Plus, I absolutely love lemon anything! "

Reviewed Linguine with Tuna Puttanesca

"This was AWESOME! Just made it last night for my boyfriend and I and we both absolutely loved it. It came together so quickly and easily yet the flavours were amazing. It also tasted just as great today. I added some roasted garlic cloves along with the sliced fresh garlic and some freshly grated parmesan at the end - very yummy! Oh - make sure you get PITTED kalamata olives to save the extra work and time. Can't wait to make it/eat it again!"
