This was delicious and very easy to make. Heirloom tomatoes are right in season now and so beautiful. The ones I bought were a little larger so ended up slicing them to make it easier to eat but it was delicious!

I love this recipe! My guests devoured them before they even cooled off! I love that you can make ahead and freeze. Highly recommend.

Made this recipe as designed with one exception ... I added grape tomatoes that I quartered as I thought it needed the color element. It was good. As for the sweetness, I didn't feel it had too much agave although if I make again, I would add more lime juice."
