Reviewed Simple Green Salad with Honey Tomato Vinaigrette

Very good! I wonder if similar results can be had by just using tomato juice? I also thought the final vinaigrette was a little too salty so I had to add a little more sugar. The recipe calls for 2 teaspoons of salt to macerate the tomato.... maybe less salt would be good."
