"This dish was fantastic after a couple slight changes. I used a medium sized onion, added half to the chicken broth and the other half I sauteed for the sauce. I added 2 chipoltes to the sauce, as well as a couple tablespoons of the adobo sauce to the sauce. I chopped the onions from the broth and added it to the filling. Subbed pepper jack che""
