About Me
I love to eat. I am Latino, 6'2'' 180#, green eyes and dont look like most of my family. I am a bit of a closet cook, Latin men in cooking is a bit of an oxymoron in our house. I try to cook when the women are away because they say I have a tendency to use too many dishes and cant cook. I have been a fan of Anne B, Aaron H and Bobby F. They are my favorite chefs and love to see them in competiton. I identify with Chef Aaron who has some of the best recipes but, wish he had more to share. It is the opposite in our house and Anne would is praised as a Chef and Bobby y Aaron are not.
