"This is HANDS DOWN the best beef jerky recipe. I love to add a bit more red pepper flakes/pepper to give a bit more kick. It's so addicting. You can never go wrong with AB's recipes. I'm currently preparing a batch with a cheaper (just as lean) cut of meat. I'm hoping it turns out as well."
