Reviewed Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Pomegranates and Vanilla-Pecan Butter

"Made a double batch for a huge gathering. Every single bite was gone, with rave reviews. Suggestions for folks having issues... Pom pomegranate juice will yield molasses. Simmer 8 oz to reduce to 3 Tbs. being careful not to caramelize or burn at end. When it has reduced by half, keep a very close eye and the instant it thickens, it's ready. Do quarter or half sprouts for roasting! Pomegranate aerials are often available pre-picked. Otherwise, pick them while watching TV the day before and store covered in fridge. Keep an eye out at Costco for inexpensive vanilla beans, or buy a jar of vanilla paste. Also, don't salt and pepper the vanilla and nut butter, you can use the leftovers on toast!
