I made those cupcakes today. They came out light, golden brown and fluffy. I didn't have cake flour so I made my own by taking out 2 tbsp of all purpose flour and replacing it by cornstarch. I let the butter and sugar mix for at least 10 min until pale yellow and fluffy. The recipe makes a lot of cupcakes. I did half of it and got 12 cupcakes. Don"
