Reviewed Banana Brioche Bread Pudding
"I thought this was pretty tasty, but it was a bit frustrating that the bananas all sank to the bottom. It was very yummy and golden brown like it's supposed to be... I had to use a different bread because I could not find brioche, maybe it is better to use the brioche though. I would still recommend this to anyone who wants a simple bread pudding recipe without a lot of extra ingredients (although I did add some vanilla extract for taste)."
Reviewed Indian Taco
"The fry bread was very nice and golden, but still soft inside after only about 1 to 1 & a half minutes of frying at medium to medium high heat (only flipping once to brown each side, which is perfect. Did not put the beans in with the meat, instead I just spread some beans on each shell and that worked well to keep the meat in the taco. Also used butter instead of margarine or lard. The bread also tastes really good on its own with some honey or maple syrup drizzled on it (almost like a pancake. ^_^"

Reviewed Whole-Wheat Penne with Turkey and Asparagus
"Very tasty! Used chicken breast pieces because I couldn't find the turkey scaloppini...but it was still great! I did add a little extra garlic for garnish on top of it when I served it...also used regular balsamic vinegar instead of white and it was very good. I would recommend this as a quick and light meal for a family to sit down too, not a lot of fuss or prep needed! "
Reviewed Lemon Bars
"These are very yummy lemon bars! My husband and I made them and ended up having extra lemon juice leftover, so we made a lemon and powdered sugar icing for the top of the lemon bars instead of just powdered sugar. It is a great idea if you like a little extra tang to your lemon bars! We love these bars so much that if we don't share them with someone we will eat them all ourselves in about 3 days! ^_^"
Reviewed Airman Anderson's Chicken
"Very tasty! The sauce was a little thin, so I had to let it cook a little longer. I think it might be a good idea to just use a bottle of pre-made sauce with it to save on cooking time, so you can get the rice and chicken done quicker. The chicken and the stormy rice turned out pretty awesome even though I forgot to properly coat some of the chicken in egg first THEN flour, oops! I would definitely recommend this to someone who wants to make Chinese takeout at home though! I will make this again in the future for sure!"
