This was a quick, wonderful side dish! Instead of using feta I used crumbled goat cheese that I had on hand and it came out great! I had it with chicken cutlet and asparagus. This was very easy and flavorful and my boyfriend and I loved it."

This was way, way too spicy. I like spicy food but right now it feels like my mouth is on fire and I am sweating. That being said, if the cayenne and crushed red pepper were reduced I think this would be a good dish. It makes a ton of food so its good for a crowd. Just be sure to reduce the hot peppers, it really is too much the way the recipe is...
