"This was simple and delicious, but I had to improvise a bit. I only had two bananas so I added a sweet potato to the mixture. I upped the sugar slightly to account for the lack of sweet. I used 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour (all I had and 3/4 cups self rising flour. I left out the baking soda and baking powder. Lastly, I added a half teaspoon of va"
