Reviewed Turkey and Artichoke Stuffed Shells with Arrabbiata Sauce

A favorite at our house. This recipe makes enough for two meals for our small family (two adults and two young children), so we eat one pan the night I make it and put the other pan in the freezer for another night. I use jarred marinara sauce instead of making the arrabbiata sauce. I also use canned artichoke quarters (which I chop up a little more)...

Easy. Fast. Delicious. I've made this recipe several times with a store bought crust and it always turns out perfectly. I have also enjoyed the simple salad and salad dressing recipe. Lovely weekend stand-by!"
