This dressing is absolutely amazing. I used it for salad dressing. For a dressing for my cold pasta dishes. I just used it last night for my salmon. I put it on my salmon before I baked it and it flavored it perfectly. I always add a tad more garlic and fresh italitan flat leaf parsley. This dressing makes this salad. It gives it a fresh taste. This is delicious! I followed the recipe with the exception of adding a tad more garlic and subsituting lobster for shrimp. Very very good. I don't understand how some people can say that it was not good. This tastes just like you ordered it from a nice restraunt. Delicious! Extremely easy to make. I added a little bit extra of everything, just eyeballing it, and it was fabulous. My husband loved it. I added shrimp as well. I served it with basmati rice, and the flavor of this rice with it really made it taste like it came from a five star restraunt. Beautiful with the parsley. Serve after a nice fresh ceasar...
