These are delicious. Made them as directed the first time and I absolutely loved them but my Fiance considers it a Cardinal Sin not to sweeten the potatoes so the next time I made them I swirled in some honey. That was great as well."

I don't know what traditional Rouladen should taste like but this was fantastic. I absolutely loved it. The meat was melt in you mouth tender. Definitely serve this with mashed potatoes of some type of potato cake to absorb all those luxurious juices! Don't waste a drop!"

This was a great sandwich. The chicken was so juicy and now I use the same marinade for chicken on my salads. Pretzel bread is a must because paired with the citrus mustard...oh my. I had a hard time finding pretzel bread so I went to Blimpe and bought 4 of their pretzel rolls. (They only charged me $3.90!!!)"
