Delicious. If you are afraid of it being bland, add more salt, pepper, oregano and mustard to the egg. Add more parmesan to the bread crumbs. If it's burning, take it off the flame and let the oil cook without heat and cook only five minutes. Use a high-wall saute pan. I did all the above. And squeeze some lemon on the chops when you serve...
