"So very delicious! Light, fluffy, lemony (I added an extra TB of lemon juice - I like it tart), perfectly sweetened, perfect for my diet! Another winner! I have been craving Ina's Lemon Mousse. While this isn't as rich, it certainly satisfies that lemon craving!"

"I loved this so much. Am making it again today. I do not like to use raw eggs, so I simply used some of the sugar to make a fluffy white frosting with the whites then added to the mousse. Same creamy, fluffy, delicious consistency. Thank you for another wonderful recipe!! Yummmm!!!"

"I made this for the first time today. So easy and so delicious! Family loved it! Dough will not be firm when kneading is done, but rather tender and soft, so follow directions exactly. Once the dough fermented it rolled out nicely with a floured surface and a touch of flour on dough and rolling pin. The bread was tender, fluffy, and light. Yummmmm!"
