Reviewed Lemon-Garlic Shrimp and Grits

All Iv got to say is this was amazing... Loved the GRITS and the shrimp.. Who would have thought to put them two together.. I think the next time I will add some mushrooms to the grits.. and i didnt have any parmesan cheese so i used some marble jack grated.. and it was great.. <3 me and the hubbby loved it.

I am Eating this recipe right now, and I can tell you that everyone here loved this lunch.. I didnt have the vineger it called for so I used Red Wine Vinegar, and It was absolutly delicious.. Took longer to reduce to syrup but still very good.. Fixed French Green Beans and Scalloped Potatos.. 5 stars

These Were so Good.. The Mascapone cheese was delicous, and deep fryed nicely. I cant wait to make these again. Real good recipe.. My favorite was the cheese mix had lemon zest and lemon juice in it and made the flavor soooo goood. Defenitly My new Guilty snack. My fiance liked them too. He enjoyed doing the frying, and it was fun to make together.

Extremely WONDERFULL!!! it was the best dinner ever.. We marinated the fillets in Italian dressing as called for but then we added some Crown Royal to the marinade.. Let it marinate for 6 hours then cooked on charcoal grill.. Had Baked Acorn Squash with butter and brown sugar, and homany.. and for dessert we had Pumpkin Vanilla Flan with carmel sauce.....
