Reviewed Roasted Pork with Smoky Red Pepper Sauce
"I made this 3 weeks ago for a family diner. The comments ranged from "You've outdone yourself this time" to "WOW, you got the recipe from that TV show? I love it." Absolutely outstanding main dish. I couldn't find smoked paprika so I used regular paprika and added 1 tsp liquid smoke. I am going to make it again Sun. for some close friends. I HIGHLY recommend this recipe!
